With his vivid imagination, Justin writes a story called “Clock People” about an active clock on the wall in his 3rd grade class. On the hour hand of the clock is a town called “Tic Toc”. In that town lives a happy family named the Richards. There are three boys in this family named Joe, Jerry and Jim, along with their parents, Carol and Ken. They are a happy family and they do have their problems, but they have to follow a lot of rules and the most important rule is in the town of “Tic Toc”. If you are ever outside at half past you will fall way down into the unknown. I really want to apply for a course titled “English and Creative Writing” or possibly another English Course. If a University says that the requirements are “English Literature or English Language” will they accept you if you have English Language/Literature combined?

I looked on the Boks & Authors questions page and there are so many questions about “Is my teen story interesting enough?” And “Any ideas for a teen novel?” And no offense bu most of them SUCK and yet everyone says they are “So creative” anyone agree or want to proove me wrong?

A lot of people are, but most will never get published!
You should not post stories you write online. Someone could steal them say they are theirs and get them published under their name. There is nothing you can do once that happens!

I am planning a business party, and want to make sure the invitation is clear that there is no charge to attend, with free food and drinks, without using the word “Free” or any synonym. How can I word this? It probably needs to be creative. Thanks.
Great answers so far. Food will be self-serve buffet style, finger foods, cheese/meats, dinner foods. Also will have wine and beer, but no mixed drinks.
